Note on Dark Color Shirts and Prices-FAQs

As you look through the designs you may notice that the darker color shirts cost more. I have received a few emails asking about the prices of the shirts, especially why the dark shirts cost more. Here is why.

The reason is fairly simple. These designs are actually printed into the fabric to get a longer lasting shirt. In order to print anything on a dark shirt, especially on black, a bleaching process is required in the precise shape of the design. This adds an extra step during the printing process.

Printfection does not use this system on light color shirts to preserve lower prices. This is why white prints as the color of the shirt.

Since each shirt you order is made to order the company must set up their machines for each print. Like most things you buy larger numbers cost less, which is why buying more than one shirt of a design costs less for you.

Printfection produces the most high quality shirts on the market. They cost a bit more, but you can be assured that you will not find a better quality print with any other company.
